before you think of a juice workshop up on the mountains, start from the basics,
the most important detox for our body is to make sure the food we ate is digested well and emptying out on a daily basis,
the most important detox is through our kidneys (urine) and large intestine.
then make sure your food is fresh, nutritive and easy for you to digest.
make your regular diet based on 80% fruit, veggies, grains and legumes.
start your day with fresh fruits, don't mix them, only one kind every two hours until lunch time.
